Blindquip George

Custom Blinds Shutters & Awnings is a Blindquip and Hunter Douglas accredited agent supplying and installing Blindquip roller, venetian, honeycomb and vertical blinds across George, Wilderness, Herolds Bay, Oubaai and surrounds.

Duncan visits George to assess and measure; the blinds are made to those measurements and the installation team fits. George’s mix of inland estates and coastal-adjacent suburbs creates varied humidity and light conditions, so product selection depends on window dimensions, room function and property exposure.

George is growing fast. New estates at Oubaai, Herolds Bay and along the Garden Route Mall corridor bring families who want blinds that last. If you have seen a Blindquip sticker on a blind in George, the answer is Custom Blinds Shutters & Awnings: supplying and installing Blindquip across George since 2010.

Roller blinds

Blockout, sunscreen and sheer fabrics, UV-stabilised. Dual roller systems filter daytime light and give full blockout at night. The most popular Blindquip product in George for bedrooms, living rooms and home offices. Shop roller blinds.

Aluminium and synthetic venetians

Moisture resistant for kitchens and bathrooms; plaswood (synthetic) venetians resist humidity without warping. Shop venetians.

Honeycomb blinds (Duette)

Cellular insulation against heat and cold through large windows. Top-down bottom-up keeps the view. Insulates against summer heat and winter cold off the Outeniqua pass. Shop honeycomb blinds.

Vertical blinds

For wide sliding doors and floor-to-ceiling glass. Fabric louvres rotate for light control.

Motorisation

All Blindquip products can be motorised with Somfy automation for app control, scheduling and sensor-driven operation.
