Custom Blinds Announces Corner Star Partnership

Knysna, Garden Route. Custom Blinds Shutters & Awnings™ has announced a new partnership with Corner Star to bring their well known fly, insect and security screen systems into South African homes through the Custom Blinds ecosystem.

Corner Star is recognised for strong but discreet screening that allows airflow and visibility while keeping insects out and providing an additional security layer at doors and windows. Combined with our existing ranges of blinds, shutters, outdoor blinds and safety solutions, homeowners can now plan shade, privacy, ventilation and security as one joined up design.

The partnership supports our focus on products that work in real South African conditions, especially along the coast where corrosion, insects and wind put standard hardware under pressure. Full partner details are available on our dedicated Corner Star partnership page.

• Fly and insect screens fine mesh systems that let windows and doors stay open without inviting mosquitoes, flies and midges inside. See our fly and insect screens overview.
• Security screens high strength mesh and frame combinations that add a serious barrier at vulnerable openings while still allowing fresh air. Learn more about security screens.
• Custom fit frames every screen is made to measure so frames seal properly, operate smoothly and sit neatly within the opening.
• Coastal ready materials components are chosen for durability in coastal air, with attention to fixing methods and finishes.

For homeowners this means one team that understands fly and insect screens, outdoor blinds, shutters and safety hardware, instead of splitting responsibility across different suppliers.

• Healthier airflow keep windows and doors open in the evenings without worrying about pests.
• Security with openness security screens allow interaction with the outdoors and natural light while adding a hardened physical barrier.
• Comfort in coastal climates screening systems are planned around Garden Route weather, from summer heat to coastal winds.
• Integrated design blinds, shutters, outdoor blinds and screens can be designed together so lines match and the home feels cohesive.

Projects often combine Corner Star screens with outdoor blinds, shutters or awnings to handle heat, UV, insects and security together instead of trying to solve each issue separately.
