What blinds do you offer?

We supply a full indoor and outdoor range including roller, duo/double zebra, aluminium venetian, synthetic venetian, wood venetian, honeycomb, vertical, bamboo, panel and outdoor blinds.

Where do you install and ship?

We install across the Garden Route including Knysna, George, Plett, Buffalo Bay and Sedgefield. We ship free nationwide.

How safe are online payments?

Payments are processed securely through PayFast and Yoco EFT. Full SSL encryption. We do not store or retain any card data.

What are your lead times?

  • Indoor blinds: 7–10 working days
  • Outdoor blinds: 14 working days

How does shipping work?

Shipping is free nationwide through The Courier Guy. We personally lodge each shipment and send you the tracking link directly. All orders are fully insured from dispatch to arrival.

What is the Custom Fit Policy?

  • Too small: send back → 5 percent discount on remake + free shipping.
  • Too big: send back → cut-to-size free + free shipping.
  • Our mismeasure: our cost entirely.
  • Factory error: priority remake free.

Are your blinds safe for families?

Yes. Child-safe systems are standard across all indoor products. Always ensure your cords are mounted 1.5 m above the floor level. Outdoor blinds are engineered with geared boxes, side hooks, and weighted bars for increased stability and safety.
